WW2 - DUNKIRK

Visit Dunkirk and relive the (hi)story of the 1940 Operation Dynamo.

ABOUT THE TOUR

Visit the site of the infamous Wormhout Massacre before driving to Dunkirk to learn about Operation Dynamo, the operation that rescued the British army from total destruction in May and June 1940. Visit the Dunkirk War Museum in the former Vauban casemates and see the Battle of Dunkirk Memorial at the very beach from where the troops were rescued. You'll also get to visit the Dunkirk Memorial to the Missing.

Other sites like the ship wrecks at Zuydcoote and the Fort des Dunes at Leffrinckoucke can also be added to the itinerary.
