Battlefield Exploration is a specialist battlefield tours provider from Belgium. It was founded by expert battlefield guide Wouter Feys in 2009 and quickly became one of the main providers for battlefield tours on WW1 in the Ypres Salient and in northern France. Today, Battlefield Exploration has numerous professional guides touring the battlefields of Europe, whether it is WW1, WW2 or any other historical period.
As a key player in battlefield tourism, Wouter has turned Battlefield Exploration into your perfect DMC partner for battlefield tourism throughout Europe. As Wouter is one of the key lecturers in the unique "Battlefield & Remembrance Tourism Guide" course by Syntra West, he has trained over 100 battlefield guides. He also founded the non-profit organisations War And Remembrance and VVBG (Association for Flemish Battlefield Guides).
